Paul graduated Cum Laude from UCLA in 2000. As a recipient of the Hebron Scholarship, he then
graduated from Westminster Seminary with a Master of Divinity.
Paul went on to study law at
Pepperdine University being awarded with the Dean’s Excellence Scholarship. While in law school, he
externed for the Honorable Barry Russel and then prosecuted matters as a certified law clerk for the
district attorney’s office.
Paul started his career as a prosecutor for the district attorney’s office where
he gained valuable trial experience as he sought justice in criminal matters. He then moved on to civil
litigation defending Fortune 500 Companies. Thereafter, he focused on defending healthcare providers
including hospitals, long term care facilities, doctors, and nurses in actions involving professional
negligence, elder abuse, fraud, and breach of contract.
The critical turning point in Paul’s legal careerwas when he established KANG LAW. Drawing on his prolific experience and unique insight having
seen the inner workings (the good, the bad, and the ugly) of big corporations, Paul dedicated his law
firm to serving individuals in need of compassionate counsel and aggressive advocacy.
